Okay but not memorable, would really not want to go back.It was a party night the music was to loud had to leave dinning area.Not cleanest place I have been to.

Great place to eat be entertained. Friendly efficient staff. Quality entertainment including comedian resident band. Looking to try one of the midweek afternoon tea cabaret session in Febuary .

Our first visit but definitely not the last. Celebrating a 90th birthday. The food was excellent and the dessert plate was yummy. Excellent entertainment, both the group and comedian first rate. For a good night out, thoroughly recommend and such good value

We were a party of 6 who booked the weekend package for a 50th celebration.If you're looking for elegant, sophisticated fine dining...this isn't the place for you.But what you do get, are the friendliest most helpful staff, an excellent 4 course meal and breakfast, brilliant entertainment in the form of the delectable Fanny Galore and an superb singer providing great party covers. Fun,fun,fun!

Having lived in Harlow we used to visit very regularly. Now we live a distance away we were pleased when one of our sons and his family took us for Sunday lunch. Could not fault it at all. From the friendly greetings and complimentary (virgin sunrise) drinks. To the last cup of coffee. A lovely meal, very tasty throughout. A very good choice of dishes for each course. Thanks Brendon as always for the great experience that you and your team always deliver.

My wife wanted to go to Sunday lunch at short notice. The Hunters Meet just had a table for two left. We both enjoyed the lunch. For main course we had pork loin, one of several starters on the set menu. There was a fair choice of starters and desserts. Finishing with coffee. About 2pm a male singer sang the type of songs to suit all ages. In all it was an enjoyable afternoon. The staff were very pleasant. Even the owner circulates the dining room speaking to guests.

I have visited Hunters Meet a few times over the years, and it has always been first class! The food is amazing (and lots of it) and the entertainment (live band and a comedian) really makes a fun packed night! Staff are always friendly and helpful and the drinks are quite reasonable too. I have not stayed in the hotel myself but friends have stayed over when they come down to visit and they have all said how wonderful Hunters Meet is.I can't wait to go back again. Xx

Hunters Meet is a great place, good value for money For £38~£40 you get a 4 course meal and entertainment which is a different theme each week throughout the year from rock n roll to 80s and many more. You can also add to the fun and stay in the hotel which I personally haven't used yet as I'm not that far from home but have been to a few entertainment nights. The staff are lovely and do everything the can to make sure your night is great.. I will be back in September for my friends birthday as a party of 16 people. You can hire the venue/hotel out for weddings as well as birthday parties.

In these funny old times we decided to have a takeaway Sunday lunch rather than eat in because a member of the family had been shielding. We have been here numerous times for family celebrations. Between us we had the Sunday lunch platter, the lamb and the turkey and it did not disappoint. Everything was cooked beautifully and all plates were cleared. For dessert we had carrot cake, cheesecake, fudge cake and pavlova. Generous portions and all delicious. It is important to support local businesses in these uncertain times and to make sure we can all resume normal business, we need to adapt in the meantime.
