"We have spent the weekend in Milford haven and we came to the harbourmaster for cocktails of an evening to celebrate my birthday. We had been to another bar prior which was very friendly and welcoming. They have a large array of cocktails available and all sound really delicious. When our cocktails arrived, we moved to a bigger table and I unfortunately tripped on the chair/bench and spilt my cocktail which was still full. I told the staff what had happened and asked, if possible, if the drink could be replaced. The staff were unsure and went and spoke to a gentleman, Liam, who I presume is the manager. Liam came over and told me that unfortunately he couldn’t replace the drink and I would have to pay for another one. I did tell him it was my birthday and his reply was that he is ‘too cold hearted unfortunately’ and I did, ultimately pay for another one. Just quite shocked by this response. Having worked in customer service, I am aware accidents happen and would have been more accommodating. Felt like his answer was rude and unnecessary and I won’t be returning."

"What a Supurb place Coco's is ,we were greated by lovely Charlotte who i must say gave us the nicest welcome ever and no dout she will be a Manager one day thank you lovely x ,we had the little Cwtch outside to our very own ,our very own music was playing via there Bluetooth speaker they gave you ,Food was amazing we will definitely be back ,thanks to Michelle and the love lady from Zimbabwe ,and all the staff at Coco's for making our dreams come true ,Paul and Julia Swansea xxx"

"Went to this resturant last wk and would not recommend it. First day we sat outside, they took our order and then 2 mins later said they had run out of food. No apologise, just straight up we dont have any food. We then thought the next day we would give it another go but service was even worse. Got told to find our own table which we did, then I had to clean the table as it was so dirty, flies everywhere...Ordered our food, waitress was very cold. Food arrived with no cutlery, 10mins later we got steak cutlery which was still wet and dirty. No apologise from the waitress....then I ordered a cocktail and it taste funny, had a off smell to it. I went to the bar to let them know and they said there is nothing they can do apart from pour it in another glass...how would that help???. I told them I did not want it, she took it off me in a very rude way.Then when it came to the bill, which was very expensive and the food and service was not worth it, they charged me for the cocktail. When I told the lady she just said oh ok I will take it out. Our whole experience was horrible, also the place was not kept clean considering we are post COVID. Would not go back or recommend, there are much more nicer place there."

"I stopped by quickly to pick up some coffee to go. The staff member was friendly and prepared the drinks right away. The coffee was excellent! The milk was steamed perfectly and the temperature was just right. The coffee was not bitter at all, I didn't need to add sugar. It was the best coffee I've had in a long time! The service was quick and efficient, and the atmosphere was great. I highly recommend this place for a delicious cup of coffee."

"I visited the restaurant for breakfast with a group of four others. We ordered our drinks, but they arrived inconsistently. I had to request a glass multiple times, and we only received two out of the three we ordered. One of the coffees had curdled milk, and when I asked the server for a replacement, she insisted it was supposed to look that way and even returned to inform us of the milk's expiration date. Additionally, we did not receive one of the coffees we had ordered. Overall, our experience was disappointing, and we will not be returning due to the poor customer service."
