I Pini - Carta

4 days stayed here and had breakfast and dinner every day, got a lunch to go. the quality of their ingredients is great, as with most Italian food, the dishes are quite easy to let the products shine through. worth a visit.

Here Its possible to have a lovely dinner in an incredible context. The dinner is Pre-determined but Lots of great surprises. Had the Wine selection and they did great at pairing. We stayed 3 nights, the accommodation is idyllic, with each meal being exceptional. The service is wonderful with the most gorgeous people working there. They care about veganism and have great chat. They are professional and friendly. They really make this place a special destination. we found this on happy cow on a laune and called immediately after the great reviews a midday reservation. this place is better than we ever expected that the atmosphere, the team and the eating are beyond and beyond. I can't explain when they get there, they just understand how special it is. we also felt so welcome when we mentioned an allergy instead of changing a product with something else, the chef thought outside the box and made something new and specific to make sure we had a delicious alternative.

We spent 2 weeks at I Pini and enjoyed every day with a nicely prepared breakfast on the terrace and a 5-course dinner menu. All 100% vegan and naturally mostly directly from the I Pini garden. The concept of the hotel and the kitchen is very close to nature without bells and pipes, but in high quality. The food is supplemented with a wide selection of I Pini wines. You will get the typical Tuscan grapes from the regions, but also special qualities. A very warm recommendation for those who like vegan food and good wines with very friendly hosts and service. We stayed here for 5 nights, and during that time, I’ve never felt so relaxed, so nourished, and so at peace. The rooms are beautifully furnished. The staff are full of kindness. And the food… is extraordinary. Everything is made from the plants they grow and cultivate on the farm. The wine is completely natural. Their olive oil is out of this world. The ethos of this place is about living within our natural world and not separate from it… and it feels it. This place has a healing energy about it. Whether you stay here for the night, or book for dinner or lunch (bookings required)… you won’t regret your time here.

directly at the arrival you can feel the energy of the place as well as the love for detail in each corner. the rooms are stylishly decorated, the mattresses comfortable and we felt right away. also the 5-speed vegan menu has exceeded our expectations. each dish was prepared especially and 100% with the vegetables from the in-house garden. my personal highlight: the in-house library with a selection of philosophical works, image volumes and well-sorted chess books in different areas. the owner, however, also the personal is cordial, open and has not left our wish open. we will definitely come back – many thanks for this experience!

... that felt like a peaceful and healing place and you could feel it right away. for me as a photographer I could see the beauty and love in every corner and everything is just so extraordinary photogenic. especially for us with a vegan diet this was such a culinary journey and we loved that eating out of their own garden is all organic and the whole philosophy behind it made it something special. the personal greeted and treated us in the most beautiful way and after we met the owners, we were simply blown away from their friendliness and then understood why this is such a magical place.
