Ichi-San - Carta

we had a nice dinner on the terrace in a wonderful late summer evening. we had several sushi dishes that were all delicious and well prepared. affordable prices.

If you are come from east Asia and tired with German restaurant, try ichi-sam, you won’t regret I give of since I feel difficulties to get fit with traditional German food

We came here with a large group of students from Sprachinstitut Treffpunkt for a Japanese meal. The sushi menu was large and the non-sushi options were varied. Everyone had something different and all were pleased. However it is not an inexpensive restaurant. Ver carta

We were staying at a hotel nearby and wrongly assumed that Ichi-san was empty when we walked by definitely not the case. They have a dining room upstairs, and a terrace/balcony outdoors. The crowd was lively, and our dinners were very good--mixed sushi plus...miso soup and vegetable tempura that were delicious. Service was very good and our waitress very friendly. Definitely to be recommended.

After having lived in asia for years, I was delighted to find this brilliant Japanese place in bamberg. eating is really authentic and you could be in japan. it worked at thirty euro per person with a glass wein everyone, so not...cheap, but definitiw it worth when they qualitatiw high quality sushi and sashimi long. the tempura was light and crisp, the Udon bread was perfect and the sushi was fresh and tasty.

The restaurant was buzzing with activity on a Saturday evening, and we were immediately seated as we had booked in advance. We ordered Noodles with Chicken , and a variety of Sushi which included one with Shrimp , one with crab meat and one...with chicken . The taste on each one of these was really lip smacking and finger licking. It took time for our meal to come but all that wait frustration vanished once we dug in. Recommended!! Ver carta

after a cinema visit at lunchtime, my wife and I are still in the Ichi-san, which we had already visited from a previous one. the gastronomy is attractively furnished, and in summer the terrace in the first floor is a highlight. As an appetizer we took Tom-Yam soup, which had mixed European and Asian ingredienzien, but the taste was very good. afterwards we ate sushi and sashimi and were very fond of the quality and grace.Also the service was excellent. I would like to call the prices appropriate. we can recommend the restaurant.

the phone reservation was easy, a few hours before location and a person was quickly accommodated. a lot of distance between different tables of the patrons. to fill in immediate contact tracking forms. mask social distancing strictly enforced. the food was delicious, the orders came. as desired. does not allow any changes to the meal, although eating was well-grounded. the restaurant was very clean to include the toilets. wonderful distance with seating in the ground floor. we enjoyed our meal in the best sushi in bamberg. thank you!

I've been to Japan several times and I'm here to tell you this place is great. I stumbled in recently after a terrible experience being ignored at Brauerei Spezial, and had a lovely meal with a cosmopolitan and multi-lingual staff. Real crab in the California...roll!! It's right across the street from the Best Western in Bamberg (which I also highly recommend) and the wait staff was so delightful *I returned for lunch the next day It didn't hurt that it was Monday and just about everything else in town was closed, but still. A lovely bento box the second time. Just go. Ver carta
