The menu of the day was a bare theme, presented by the chef of the restaurant from the city of La Bul. The very elegant place, without elements left to chance. A client of all respect. Cute local, young staff but professional menu’ interesting. Good reprocessing of risotto in Milan with risotto cream with saffron and gremolada as well as tortellini with roasted sauce mantecati with the Parmesan simple and not original but tasty dish while disappointing the cutlet without any flavor even that of the butter in which it should be fried.. Serving the freshly removed tart from the refrigerator does not seem to me a good idea because the aromas and flavors are lost. High prices for quality offered
