Wirklich beeindruckend ist es, wie es im recht kleinen, aber meist proppenvollen und oft eher lauten Restaurant Il Borgo eine einzige Kellnerin schafft, den Service für das gesamte Restaurant zu stemmen. Reservierungen im Voraus speziell bei einem großen Familientreffen sind zwingend notwendig. Ansonsten könnte es passieren, keinen Tisch Platz zu bekommen.
