"Excellent meal from all angles. Pasquale and wife Celeste have made this restaurant their passion. They have a changing menu-of-the-day, ours was under 30E. The modern lightly-decorated restaurant has an open, clean feel, seats 65. There is a great panoramic window view and a wide outside grassy area overlooking of the valley and low mountains below. The golden fields of wheat at sunset under a full moon was breathtaking. Plenty of hand-crafted antipasto dishes both warm and cold, such as local salami made with Montepulciano, local Pecorino cheese. The warm cheese croquette ricotta and other cheeses was excellent. Two 'firsts ': one was a hand-made fatto in casa local twist on orecchini thumb-print pasta called Pasta Drocchie with a sauce of 7-cheeses and creamed vegetables. The other was a superb delicate ricotta/spinach ravioli. The beef main course was Black Angus beef from Argentina. Perfectly marinated and grilled. I 'm from Chicago so I know what good beef is. Pasquale buys his meat from an international meat market, which explains the high quality of the beef very rare in Italy He is careful to buy meats etc. from environmentally sustainable countries. A simple yet elegant dessert of pear slices.. don 't know what the juice was but it was lovely. The couple sat down with us after the meal and talked. Very genuine couple. The sign is small and the turnoff quick and sloped, so be careful getting there."

I was brought here by some lo also friends and family I was surprised by the quality of the fish that was served and the presentation. The mussels were fantastic and they served a local variety of pasta that was very original and tasty.

We visited this restaurant two years ago and unbelievably it has got better. There are no frills just a lovely family feeding you in thier home. You get a choice of fish or meat and red or white wine. Countless courses and the best lightly fried calamari I have ever had and I am 70. Try it if you can find it.

I had the pleasure of eating at Il Club dei Qulinari yesterday and was quite impressed at what I ate at only 25 Euros. Although the menu is simple it 's robust – with each individual product being carefully selected. I now plan on coming back to try Pasquale 's fish dishes, having had a fantastic steak there yesterday! Quality product, a lot of passion behind the cuisine and a great cost/quality/quantity ratio. No complaints.

We arrived late in Guglionesi....after 9.30pm. We had booked for that time but it took us longer than anticipated to drive from Pescara . Still, this was not a problem for Pasquale. His ambition is to share his passion for food, simply cooked using locally produced ingredients . We did give him carte blanche . Every antipasti was divine. Then came his primi :Chitarelle al rage Bianco tartufato... a revelation!!!! pasta elevated to fine dining. Almost forgot his wine...again he hit the spot. In a nutshell, if you are in the area, I don 't think you will find anything else of this caliber at that sort of price. You will not be disappointed. Pasquale. Grazie mille mille.

We were 4 tonight who found this wonderful place due to trip advisor. And I must say it met every requirement of what one wants for a dinner on the road. We were greated warmly by Pascal and his wife, there was subtle jazz playing in the background, and told we were there like family. And we proceeded to have the type of home cooked but yet professional quality meal that we all search for. The antipasti contained both regional items and two home cooked offerings -a wonderful egg quich and crusty thick pizza slice. The home made pasta was highlighted by a delightful fresh tomato sauce. But it was the main, the argentine beef entrecote that was truly the find. One of the best pieces of beef I'...
