This restaurant was recommended to us by a local and we were very happy with the recommendation. We liked the genuine and well-cooked food, the attention and kindness of the service and the welcoming atmosphere. If we ever return to Urbino, we will definitely return to this restaurant. We can only give 1 because of disorganized, rude and extra charges. Suffice it to say that it took 2 hours of waiting to see a simple first course served. What can we say about the waitress who said upon our arrival: we don 't have room inside and then discovered that this wasn 't the case and that numerous customers were left out in the open. When paying? The POS doesn 't work... and the owner: but didn 't the girl warn you that it didn 't work?! . Our answer was obviously: No , and their comment with very bad humor: leave someone as a hostage because others haven 't paid! . Maybe there was a reason for this too? It 's called an organization.
