"yesterday, I had the luck to be invited to the birthday of my friend in this great restaurant and I must say I am thrilled! from Luxembourg I am used to serving most restaurants a good and qualitatiw high quality food, but unfortunately I have been taught more often in Germany a better one. what is partly survived and praised here is and remains a puzzle. the population seems to me in part like a müllschlucker, so I cannot understand the bad reviews here either. with my friend in pure coincidence pushed to ii mondo, we both had no idea what would expect us. friendly we were assigned to a table, already at the table decoration we both noticed that it is not a cheap ,0815" Italian. my friend ordered a pizza, I left it at plain spaghetti carbonara. the notiz "(.at table prepared)". "we thought it was time that four years ago opened patagonia in the mainzer neustadt to test. the bus and tram connection is excellent, the parking situation is very difficult. there is an outside area at the restaurant, and the dining room is large and clear. because the guests were distributed outside and inside, the reservation about opentable would not have been necessary. so we were allowed to choose a table and were welcomed by the two ladies in the service friendly. we found a rectangle with a view of a large flatscreen, on which a diashow of pictures ran from patagonia, which first triggered television. steaks are offered in all variations, and the selection is quite difficult. we first took three empanadas with different fillings that relatiw quickly came out of the kitchen and taste very good.My wife decided in the main course for a rumpsteak of the even medium rare with grill potatoes and salad. I had previously researched the card in the internet and asked myself what a flap steak was. wikipedia helped and so I knew it was a cut that is very common in patagonia and comes very close to the us sirloin strip. I wanted to try this and ordered it **** in the bloom. I took a foil potato. both supplements were handed with the obligatory sourcream with coriander. the two supplemental salads were fresh, colourful and crisp, with the carrots also liked as a supplement.
