Had the 8-speed menu. Was absolutely delicious initially waiter tried to remove us from the order and gave warning that we must be open to try different / eclectic food. For my anniversary and my girlfriend, I stayed 2 nights at the Four Seasons hotel and we had the pleasure to spend a dinner at the Palagio which made this special evening, unforgettable!!! A special thanks to manager Roberto, Riccardo, Georgiana, Giacomo and the rest of the team of the room, without forgetting Sommelier Francesco, who through his wines, gave us an exceptional culinary experience!

Everything's perfect. More than a dinner: a Frankly back experience after the abandonment of chef Vito Mollica I had perplexities (very wide shoes to fill), but I must say that the return was even sweeter than the past times; chef Lavezzini added something extra and put something less (in the mise en place).
