"I visited after several years away and was very happy to learn Marco had started his own restaurant. We sampled almost every dish over several hours and were blown away absolutely delicious. A tremendous amount of care and effort goes into every item on the menu, many of which are traditional tuscanese. All of their ingredients are locally sourced and as fresh a possible. I can’t recommend it enough. Marco and his family are great folks who speak english very well. They’ll regail you for hours with funny stories if you have the time; you’ll leave very full and satisfied. Check it out!"

local located in a beautiful square. my mother how you eat well! very kind staff and ready in the explanation of the dishes proposed. here they can eat both meat lovers and vegetarians. Our hairy children can enter. I recommend to try at least once the kitchen of this restaurant. book

Come back to this restaurant every time we walk to tuscany. the welcome is always top, with the lady (proprietaria) who always has a kind word for everyone. the kitchen is great for a very handy dinner. only the pharaoh, unfortunately eating it always every time I return, the last time I found it changed, dish smaller and not tasty as always.

I spent a month studying abroad in Tuscania and Terziere was by far my favorite restaurant in town. We visited the restaurant at least ten times during our four week stay and they never disappointed. The food is fantastic, the servers are friendly and so helpful, and the owners are incredibly kind. If you’re stopping in Tuscania the restaurant is a must visit! I recommend the Amatriciana!

September 2022 first of all my compliments to the infinite patience of the staff in front of difficult customers (not us). then compliments to the kitchen because we ate very well. tables in the square in front of you, if you choose the table you will also have a panoramic view of the valley through the entrance to the park in front. chosen a little by chance but we will definitely return.
