chosen to feel among other Tuscan restaurants, it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. the appetizer cutter proposed a fairly wide selection of meat and two proposals of fresh cheese accompanied by honey. fresh pasta of water and flour, typical of the area, for amatriciana was superb: exquisite, balanced and perfectly blended. the cut with lard and truffle was cooked perfectly, tender to cut, soft to eat, delicious to goto. we could not have gotten dessert to survive condimeteo adversity, but it is the excuse to return. in tuscania, after a visit to the unmissable medieval basilica of san pietro, we stopped in this place in the central street of the village. two appetizers (a lace cake with tomato and pecorino cheese, flan cacio and pepper with amatrician sauce) and two first (cacoholic tagliatelle. broccoli, pecorino and lasagnette with tuna filling) really very good. like fabulous dessert the homemade cake with filling of hot chocolate. two glass of spumant gewürztraminer accompanied the whole. attentive service and perfect times. reasonable prices (additional bread and service only one euro). respected anti covid name. recommended.
