I booked 2 days in advance via the venue's website, when I arrived I discovered that they hadn't seen the reservation, I waited for an apology that didn't arrive and what's more I realized after about ten minutes that no one was bothering to resolve the situation... in the end I gave up...really terrible, I wonder how you can stay in front of the public like that.
