My favorite place in the area. have a good selection of wines and a finished kitchen. I recommend paired paprika chips and honey and Pinot Blanc! strange recommended for a quiet evening with friends, but also for a romantic evening!

Amazing, amazing and even more amazing. Basic dishes done properly with fantastic flavour. Haven't been to one other restaurant in Rome which has such great food and customer service. We didn't even need to use condiments and I can't remember the last time I didn't need to salt and pepper my food! Brilliant Thank you il Locale

a very popular carin place, so much that it is super recommended to book even a few days in advance if you want to go on weekends. the offer is very wide on both wines and food, but also sought after. we opted for a cutting board of local products with excellent clashes for the following and a first. Young and very courteous staff. attentive and precise service. excellent value for money. recommended.

Went with friends for dinner, everything was prepared and cooked to perfection. The beef tartar as well as the triple fish tartar were fresh and seasoned simply but effectively making the flavor of the ingredients pop. The picanha was also quite yummy. I would definitely like to return to try other dishes since it went so well the first time. Great wine selection as well. Desert was pretty good too, nothing extraordinary but a good finish to the meal as a whole. Service was great, young eager and energetic staff looking to please. Good experience all around.

I recently visited Il Locale while staying in a nearby hotel on a business trip to Rome. Dining alone can sometimes be a slightly awkward affair, but from the moment I stepped through the door I was warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable. Unfortunately I lack any Italian language skills, however the waitress, who spoke very good English took the time to talk me through the menu. The food and wine was excellent throughout and the price was very reasonable. My only regret was that my stay in Rome wasn't long enough to allow me to go back another night and try some of the other dishes on the menu.
