What a great place! Really beyond imagination... And then there's the food. : From starters until dessert, in one word SUPERB! We will come again soon. Staff's very helpfull and polite. Restaurant not acceseble for people in wheelchair.

The ferry house is simply incomparable! It is a huge museum where you constantly discover something new and invite you to walk around and watch everything. The food is almost a side thing. During my visits I found that the cook understands his craft!

The young lady who had served and first served was lustless, patty, inattentive and unplanned. Later we got someone else. Then everything worked out. Food was good and the ambience is unique. Nice anitque and also nice ambience. There are lot of good collections of antique. One of the best service that we could find gummersbach.Team over here where very friendly. Food was awesome.The sweet potato wedges was amazing.and also the squid and smoked pork was really tasty.But the drinks was not so great. You could roam around and take nice view the antique collection also you could rake photos of it. There where toilets and also was clean. the entrance was with a narrow passage with blue light which intially gave a feelkng like we are entering a shisha bar. If you are in the Gummersbach area, you should visit the Holsteiner ferry house. This restaurant is almost a lake museum. With a lot of freedom, the owner carried everything that has to do with seafaring. On different levels you will find all conceivable and sometimes also suriles via diving helmets, boats, ship bells.
