I was invited to breakfast, very extensive, delicious coffee, fruit, various rolls, bread, a nice selection of cold cuts and cheese, scrambled eggs etc and very tasty poppy seed waffles. What I find quite uncomfortable are the relatively low chairs and tables, although at 1.76m I'm not extremely tall.

Went there for breakfast today. The buffet is all organic, so it's great, but not as extensive. You can also order from the menu, but you only get one cup of coffee, and an extra cup costs another €6. The hotel and ambiance are very charming and beautiful. Redeeming a voucher from the city of Detmold was a bit complicated, but it worked in the end.

For our civil wedding, we invited our guests to the breakfast buffet in the WertSchätzer restaurant and were thrilled! The food was great, all of our guests were very satisfied, the service was top and the preliminary discussions were also excellent. Very friendly and all of our wishes were more than fulfilled. I had a voucher so I was there for breakfast. Everything is very sweetly made and presented. The buffet scored points with quality and freshness. Unfortunately not with much choice. Everything was small. Even the buffet itself only consisted of two counters. Not much choice when it comes to cold cuts or spreads. There was a lot available and every type of breakfast was served, but unfortunately the price-performance ratio wasn't right in my opinion. The price for the buffet for 2 people is almost €50! I would come again because everything was prepared with love and the ambience was nice, but I wouldn't choose the buffet again.

The service at the Value Estimator was friendly and attentive – the waiter explained everything well to us. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was not convincing. The moldy jam was particularly disappointing, which shouldn't happen at all. In addition, there were no fresh vegetables, which should actually be a given for a breakfast buffet. When we asked the waiter about it, he talked to a colleague about a possible discount. In the end we still had to pay the full price of €24. All the more annoying because I know from a friend that she got her breakfast for free because of the same problem. It's a shame, there's a lack of consistency and customer orientation here.

We had breakfast at Wertvaluer in January and it was great, today it was a total flop. Unfortunately, the complete price-performance ratio doesn't match at all. If you order pumpkin compote you don't want to be served eggplant compote without being asked. I think a lot of young people who want to earn extra money in the service. The prerequisite is perhaps a smile and at least the girls should be properly trained. You don't bring coffee without a spoon, sugar and milk. And when you ask if you can still get these things, you don't have to be annoyed straight away. Second point is the food itself. The portions are far too small and are disproportionate to the price.
