New Years Eve. We would like to thank all at the Indian Village for a wonderful evening, the food was once again outstanding and Service was warm and freindly. We travel from Wednesbury to enjoy the fine atmosphere and food and it it well worth the journey. Look forward to many more meals in 2012.

no care. order 2 x mixed tandoori starter why does it come with veg samosa together with huh, fish and lamb? although ok, comes with fiesen raita (watery) dip but ok poppadome. both lamb and chicken ktikka and chicken ktikka bhuna were loaded with wobble and swim in fat that had to be emptied before eating. kheema naan was boiled and acidic, which we ended up rolling into a ball. everything for the price of £28. not impressed

I asked the chef courageously to cook what he thought would win a competition meat, fish, vegetarian, hot or mild and had a fantastic king prawn madras that salivize me as I think. it took a while to prepare, but we were in no hurry, and it was quite hot, but absolutely delicious. the service was good. I find the venue a offer strange the bar area is beautiful, but the it area is a long thinner space with minimal decor and unless there are several others there, feels quite unwilling.

13 of is visited the restaurant last night, and it was busy but no crammed. First impressions were good with taseful decor and a pleasant welcome from staff. Everyone commented how good the food was, saying that they would return. My main course was the best Indian meal I've had in recent memory. The prices of food and drink were also very reasonable. The only minor concern during our visit, was the speed of service. We went straight to main course and waited over an hour for our meals to arrive. Also, the drink orders took a little while to arrive. Although the service speed could be improved, we had an excellent time at the restaurant and would highly recommend it.
