Really nice place to visit for some food , close to home . service was good and staff are smiley however wait time was pretty long .

the teig in shenstone is our favorite place to eat. eating is amazing! pete is always there, and the barmen kevin must be a thought reader who always knows what I want!

when I had a party of us for my oncle birthday, great service of sitting to order eating and drinks, everything came in a contemporary fashion, we were not rushed. the food was as delicious as it looked, happy to recommend.

Been at least ten times now and always good. Food portions are rather large so consider this if you are not a big eater you won't need a starter. Staff always lovely and polite as well as efficient. We've taken foodie friends here and they're...always impressed. One drawback is the parking is limited and not many alternative places to park around there. Ver carta

We were a party of for my parents anniversary. The whole thing was fabulous. From the communication beforehand to the end. Food was fantastic, the service impeccable. A special mention to the girl whose name unfortunately I didn’t get, she was most attentive,...making sure everything was right, through me, for the happy couple. She presented the cake for us and literally catered to our every need. A real asset to the restaurant. Well done and thank you.

I visited The Plough for Sunday lunch and was incredibly impressed with the food. I started off with a prawn cocktail that took me back to the 80's - it was generously loaded with prawns. My partner had the parfait, which was incredibly smooth and packed with flavor. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the lamb shank - it was incredibly tender and full of meat, possibly the best I've ever had. The vegetables and roast potatoes were also delicious. Overall, the food was exceptional and left us very satisfied. We will definitely be returning.

The Plough offers some of the best pub food in the area at a reasonable price. The menu was full of tempting options like Char Sui Pork Cheeks and Beef Feather Blade, making it hard to choose. I ended up going with the Beef and was happy with my decision. The service was friendly and efficient, and there was a good selection of ales at the bar, including the local favorite Holden's Golden Glow. My only complaint is that the interior of the restaurant has been heavily modernized, giving it more of a contemporary restaurant vibe than a traditional pub feel. Overall, a great meal but lacking the traditional pub atmosphere I prefer. Ver carta
