"Dear Burggraf team, dear guests, as always with such reviews I would like to anticipate one thing, namely that I usually feel compelled only with very good or very bad experiences to make a kind of assessment. In this case, however, I cannot avoid sharing my experiences. But we're coming to dinner. In the last half of the year I had the opportunity to experience the Burggraf team (both à la carte and various events in action). And what I have experienced is very difficult to put into words. Because not only individual points are clearly mentioned (such as the excellent quality of food, the great service, the wonderful location, ... that for me this ingenious experience, but the composition of such small things that are mixed with the feelings that are being transported. The short version of my review is: brilliant, please feel free to experience yourself. Ideal min. 1x à la Carte and 1x at one of the many events. The long version follows: The ambience: The ambience in the place is (in my opinion is brilliant). Started by as small things as the big (Laguiole?! Knives, beverage carafes, original and well-tuned interiors, etc. Only the structurally high noise level can be somewhat disturbing depending on the load. Staff and Service: I can't say anything here except HERVORRAGEND. The staff was barely nice, very attentive and the _ohne_apparent. This also applies in particular to the head of the house. He always seems beautiful and spreads an ingenious and loose atmosphere. He is always with advice and deed about meat and his preparation and explains everything you need to know about grills and steaks. Food and Beverage: I think it's enough to say that the Burggraf team deserves the name Meatheaven! But I also have to mention that not only the meat is an absolute top class. Also beer, dessert and the supplements are top category. My conclusion: The team of Burggraf Bräu managed what I would not have thought possible. It has banished my two top drivers in the Steak Barbecue category to second place. And DAS wants to say something, because the other two restaurants are also absolute weights in their respective category. That's why I pull my hat in front of the performance delivered there and look forward to my next visit. Greetings, your René"

"We sat with a group of 18 people outside on a beautiful evening and all had different types of food. Although the food was excellent it was very much adjusted to the European taste, for most people even too much so and interestingly lacked a spicy taste. Food came fast, very generous menu card with great choice and very friendly service. Great for vegetarians and moderate quality alcohol free beer. Better ask for the Hefe-Weizen, it taste in the brand they use better than the Pils. Great place will be back."

"waren nur in Bürstadt, welche ca. im April 2017 eröffnet haben. ganz neues Gebäude zentral in Bürstadt. Parkplätze vor dem Haus (Wilhelminenstrasse). Grosser Platz (wohl zT. für "Marktplatz" der Stadt?!?! - da aber auch ein grosser Teil Außnebestuhlung/Biergarten (nur halte auf dem Platz ohne Pflanzen!. Highlight des Drayss-Gebäüdes: Die Toiletten! Mit: Desinfektionsmittel auf jedem Kabinett. Mit papierhandtüchern (am bakterienfreisten!).. Ansonsten grosse heller Raum! erstaunlich viel los! Am besten wohl zu üblichen "Stosszeiten": "Reservierung"!!! tolle Öffnungszeiten! grossen Frühstückskarte (in der Umgebung nicht gerade stark verbreitet!) - sons6t: eher für "gemischtes" Publikum. Jung und/oder alt... auch was den Anlss betrifft. Gesellschaftsfeuiern, bis zum "single" der gerne ein (im eigenen Haus gebrautes) Bier trinkt. also ne Mischung aus Bistro/Bar und Restaurant.. - für jeden etwas zu jeder Zeit. - Lob für das Personal: Super nett, schnell, aufmerksam, freundlich usw. ! highlight! - weniger für die Preise, die etwas stärker nach oben tendieren, als in sonstigen locations der Umgebung. Aber was serviert ist ist einwandfrei! - Für mich selbst (da hörgeschädigt) etwas zu laute Akustik kim Raum (da sehr hohe Räume). Nicht gerade etwas für ein romantisches tete-a-tete! - (Dies schliesst dann auch ein Geniesser-SChlemmer-menue-Abend ein!). Aber wie gesagt. Sonst für jede Gelegenheit sehr gut akzeptabel! Wohl ein Besuch wert. Die Braukessel stehen hinter dem Tresen. Bier haben wir nicht probiert Sah aber gut aus."

"We liked it very well: food freshly prepared, tasty and portions of which we would be fed. Top service: My wife had discovered a particularly good looking dessert at the neighboring table, but did not want to order it (she was tired; . The very laborious waiter then brought us a little bite of the dessert. Without calculation..."

"I was there for lunch in the beer garden. for the time there is the lunch offer. always changing dishes, 2 courses for 10 €. that you can't expect too much was clear, but if I go to lunch, I don't want to cook anything after that. the portions were so small that both of them would have gone through as an appetizer. I had as an appetizer suppe (3 el) and as a main dish noodle with rucola and flow cancers. (4 gables full and the rucola and was suddenly mangold). when I spoke the service on it I got only a freche answer. is only lunchtime, for the price I can no longer expect. that has upset me. something like this can be avoided all day. Conclusion: You can eat well and expensive there, but the lunch table is not recommended. Unless you go to the baker again."
