beautiful evening on the terrace: view of the ocean, with sunset, to share a meal in love. the sommelier, expert, advises us of the aperitif to dessert, in order to accompany the menu delicately prepared by the chef. Nothing to say again. Everything is perfect. Ver carta

I loved that lunch. fresh seasonal products with a base of products from home like the truite de banca but revisited in a modern, tasteful and gourmet way, these are a gourmet restaurant with a formula very attractive at noon at 29€Very nice chic and contemporary decor

I tested the new iqori restaurant for a lunch between colleagues at noon: super well placed with a magnificent view of the biarritz lighthouse, a contemporary decor that blends well with that of the hotel, but also a very good cuisine. I loved the dorade tartar in the entrance. Very correct price. presentation and impeccable service! I recommend ;)

our stay at the regina allowed us to enjoy this restaurant delicately decorated and enjoying the hotel's setting with the possibility of enjoying the terrace; the menu is a sweet enchantment: foie gras from the landes and merlu de ligne perfectly executed, a big plus for refined and delicate desserts (chocolate paste, white eat com and lime). The service is discreet and welcoming everything bathing in a friendly atmosphere. What a happiness!!!! a place with a magnificent view of the ocean, a very pretty terrace, a chic and elegant decoration, a very friendly service, a very smiling team, welcoming, available and very professional and finally ..... it's just divinely good! a heart blow: the linguine to the gambas that are just to fall! the dishes are original creative and remarkably well cooked. a big thank you to the chef (a Lyon!) and his team!

after reading articles in several magazines venting this restaurant, enormous disappointment. First the frame: unfortunately rainy evening we will not enjoy the extraordinary view but from there to be in a canteen room, it's too much. So we move into the hall/bar much more nice. now the kitchen, frankly not worthy of a 5 star. meat too cooked, salad without taste. only the kindness of the staff will have satisfied us but at this price, pass your way!

"We had only one night to enjoy Biarritz. Our research led us to dine at Le O2 Verdun. It was the perfect choice. Francois took care of us all evening. He was both charming and perfectly attentive. He thoughtfully helped us chose our dishes (there were a couple of additions to the prixe fix menu) and Francois helped describe each dish to us because our French is not so good! The chef/owner is so incredibly talented! This is a Michelin star quality restaurant but it is inexpensive. Don’t let the low fool you! The quality of the dishes and their ingredients was exceptional! Every morsel of every dish was amazing, from the bon bons filled with local cheese and ham that melted in your mouth to the homemade foi gras, to the cod with peppers and spices that were so subtle but perfect, to the calamari special in a garlic sauce that was divine! Their chocolate fondue and brioche French toast were delicious! We were stuffed! All of that deliciousness for less than 60 Euros, 29.90 each! Of course, we paired it all with a variety of white and red wines. Francois was kind enough to help us as we chose each glass to pair with the food. Their wine list was not very extensive, but there were plenty of good choices at more than reasonable prices, both by the glass and by the bottle. If you have one night free in Biarritz, you MUST try this restaurant! You will be so happy you did!"
