visited a few times in the pandemic and then this weekend. the service can sometimes be somewhat irritating. but Saturday was good and eating is very good. friendly waiter and well-trained staff.

On Friday, May 20th, we felt welcomed as soon as we arrived at the restaurant. The staff was friendly and attentive, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. The food was delicious and the service was quick. The restaurant was clean and inviting, making for a very enjoyable evening. Thank you.

Lovely meal this evening to celebrate my husbands birthday. Very attentive staff. Food was excellent had the pâté off the specials menu and the king prawns to start which were plentiful. Lovely chicken and spinach penne pasta and a chicken main with veg and roast potatoes Reasonably priced, great atmosphere, we will be back. Ver carta

I came here a few days ago for my 21st birthday meal and it was fantastic. The food was amazing and the staff were extremely friendly with excellent customer service. I have no complaints at all - despite having to place a large group order via email, everything was perfect. I will definitely be returning here as it was well worth it.

A COUPLES VISIT BUT THE PARTIES GAVE A GREAT FAMILY ATMOSPHERE. Food, Service excellent too. We went for the Valentines treat night, on until 13/02. Antipasti sharing platter, choice of pasta dish each mini dessert sharing selection a bottle of house wine £55! Will be trying the monthly tribute nights too. Call me old fashioned…. or just old!….. but much prefer local than town in winter.

We had a pizza takeaway last time which was amazing so we came back for table service and a dine-in meal. The staff was really pushed, the one gentleman was serving all of the tables which meant service was slow. The food was okay this time, not like we remembered. The ambiance in the restaurant feels a bit like a canteen and it's not as clean as it appears. All in all, it was an okay experience, not really worth the price they charge as the food wasn't anything great just mediocre. The staff on the other hand are super friendly and really nice so that's a real plus. Ver carta

The dining experience was delightful, the wine selection was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. They suggested some large cocktails that were 2 for 1, which was a great deal. I highly recommend checking out this beautiful restaurant with a fantastic atmosphere and lovely decor. They were even willing to change our reservation time when we requested it, showing great flexibility. While most of the staff were friendly, one seemed hesitant and slightly rude about accepting Scottish banknotes, but eventually did so, which was appreciated. Overall, we had a great visit and would definitely return.

First time to this restaurant. Very busy when we arrived 30 minutes early. Greeted as we entered by very polite girl who said our table was ready. That was nice seeing as we were early. Showed to a nice table for two by a window. A waitress asked if we would like drinks and also offered table water. Our food order was taken in good time by another staff member. After maybe 10 minutes our garlic bread arrived. Very tasty with plenty of tomatoes onboard. Went here for a meal as a couple on the 9th July. Arrived early, table wasn't ready but was greeted with a warm welcome and sat down at the bar. Table was sorted super efficiently. Food was nice but not the best italian food I have tasted. Dropped a star off as although everyone was friendly there was a lack of charisma, experience smiles amongst a young waiting staff. However, a special mention to who I believe was the manager (Young lady with glasses), it was clear she had great passion for not only delivering a great customer experience but also could see fantastic training of the young staff taking place. I am sure in no time that the waiting staff here will be upto a brilliant standard... Ver carta
