"I rarely write reviews, so this will say much using a few paragraphs. This is one of the best places I have ever dined in. As far as quality of the food (I had a 400g steak I believe it was tenderloin and the amazing service. John (the owner and the main and I believe the only chef is one of the most legit and down to earth people I've met. When he's not cooking, he checks on his customers to see if the quality is up to par. He also gets to know his customers (as far as nationality, work, etc. You can tell he puts a lot of heart and passion into his work. I'll definitely be back here again."

"The hostess was not warm and seemed lost. The service really slow. We waited almost 30 minutes before our order was taken. And all that wait to receive an overcooked lobster and a tuna tartar that was at best mediocre. In the end, the waiter tried to redeem herself by offering us a drink but it was unfortunately too late."

"Schönes Restaurant, zentral gelegen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Essen wurde nach einer kurzen Wartezeit frisch und heiss serviert. Die beiden bestellten Menüs waren köstlich. Das Hühnchen traumhaft zart, sehr gut mariniert. Ich ziehe einen Punkt für das WC. WC war sauber. Jedoch ist der Handtrockner scheinbar gefährlich defekt. Er ist unschön mit Tape abgeklebt. Eine Rolle Einmalpapier steht offen rum und sieht nicht mehr so ganz neu aus. Dies könnte besser gemacht werden, z.B. mit einer Wandhalterung für Papierhandtücher."

"Booked very late dinner but was welcomed with a smile and amazing hospitality nonetheless. Anthony, the manager was charismatic and friendly, a great host. The kitchen team did an awesome job with a delicious veal truffle tartare and st pierre fillet. They even organised a surprise birthday dessert! Romeu, the talented cocktail specialist made us feel very welcome and his kaffir lime caipirinha was a unique tasty treat. Meal concluded with Romeu offering us the Bis team's very own verbena liquer. Will definitely come back! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"I had good memories of this restaurant. But maybe something is changed in the service. The sushi and the other dishes are really good but the service less so. we reserved a table on the terrace and when we arrived they were having other customers sit in the place because they were regulars, (that's the explanation we received) so we had a table inside. Errors in taking the order, but I understand that it can happen. We took sushi and other dishes to share, we asked for plates, the waiter told us no, because for the lunch service they don't serve plates, we just had to use the cup made available for the soya sauce.
