"Its really sad how their service is so poor. We went with the family. Weve been quite a few times and despite our previous issues with food being delivered by the kitchen so poorly, we came back because our kids always liked the place... But this time they went too far. We ordered all the food and from the start their staff were on a mission to try to overcharge us. We made very clear that despite being foreigners, we were not going to be treated differently! Too right, why should? Now mind you we have 2 little boys 3 and 5 so I am sure you will understand that kids will eat what kids want to eat. And despite the fact that the service wanted everything to be eaten, it just doesnt work that way even if they are all you can eat. When they came to clear the table, they were complaining that our kids didnt finish the soup hey they are 3 and 5! . And then they complained that the dumplings were not eat but the kids ate all the meat inside and left the dough behind! So where is the issue? There was really nothing else they could complain about, but you know, they still tried it on with us. And when we got to pay, the lady who sees us come all the time was telling us to pay extra because the staff told her that the soup was uneaten and the dumplings werent touched. I mean seriously was she joking? I write a lot of reviews. I hate writing ones like this. But I also write these reviews for a simple reason. To help all of my fellow travellers find the best places to go wherever you go. So please whatever you do 1 please share this and 2 please dont give this restaurant any further recognition. We wont! Sadly I have had to explain to the kids that we wont be returning. : It broke my heart but I wont be treated badly and I certainly wont let restaurants treat people like this. We all deserve better when we go out for a deal family mean! Right?"

Very nice place. Fresh fish. Fast and friendly staff. Unicanpecca that I booked with the fork and does not explain very well the discount they apply, should be rewritten more clearly.

I visited in this restaurant many times. With family, friends, Birthdays party and more. Last night was the worst ever dinner i had in my life terrible slow service, no reaction to nothing, something happened to this place. Food was salty like hell. Unfortunately my last visit here. pitty.

Starting with saying that the choice proposed on the menu is really varied .. value for money more than satisfactory.. on take 40 of discount on total and generous portions .. the local inside is very spacious , clean and ordered .. Tables at the right distance between them.. Friendly staff

AYCE with interesting prices and convenient parking nearby (I don't know if it's open even in the evening, because I saw chains... . Menu not vast but very good sushi and tempura. As with other AYCE, dishes (curry rice, spicy shrimps and chicken with almonds were not good. Friendly but slow service.

I would say that the first thing that jumps to the eye is the environment, spectacular. As for food it is all fresh and delicious with wide variety on the menu. The portions are a little small, but you can order as many times as you want, so the problem does not arise. Finally not only is it near the lake but also has a great free parking

looks good in design, but when service begins you will be badly surprised by low quality of meal, and a very long service time. The prices seen to be correct at a condition you can be served (as you can eat solution). We aledy spend 110 Euro in 3 persons with a bottle of wine and 1 bottle of water. I will not recommend this restaurant, due to the fact thats when you reclaim, the answer is very anthipathic, and say we serve waths you order....
