I just had a complaint on the Jaimes website. my customer experience was terrible. I'll never be back.

very unimaginable eating, uninterested service and bad facilities. no wonder that this chain is crumbling. will not go back.

Great food, and really good value. Only disappointment was the noise. Acoustics are not great,a dn conversation is not easy. Design flaw, good if it could be looked at. Ver carta

big late Sunday dinner after london marathon daughter had finished the race. I didn't know she would get a free main course if she showed her medaille! great service, perfect relaxation after running.

always up to expectations. very lively place like all two, with excellent eating and good service. the staff is very polite. that food came exactly as I ordered and fast. the prices are okay. they have the pizzeria below and a real restaurant above. they will never have a bad lunch or dinner at a jamie.

we always had an amazing, excellent time and experience in jamies restaurants. absolutely tasty eating, great personal, affordable price nice quiet environment and no louder place. They can spend a nice evening with their family, friends or a romantic dinner with their loved ones. I would recommend trying it! we are going back to the final. Ver carta

Despite the ambiance is very good, beautiful, the service was really bad. The girl who was attending our table was slow, it took a long time for her to decide to come and have our order. I asked for something to come before the main plates and she didn't pay attention to, bringing all the food together at the same time. It doesn't worth going there.

The service was extremely slow. Despite being a gold card Jamie's card holder, it was not explained to us that you had to have a main course in oder to get the glass of free prosecco. The greeter was surly dismissive but our waiter was friendly. However there were only 2 waiters for the entire floor. The food was average but tasteless. There was no toilet paper in the toilet I went in. Wouldn't go back.

had to ask three times for a big water. instead of waiting for a garlic bread as an appetizer. very friendly and enthusiastic staff but, made me welcome as diner. the steak was ordered medium and was medium, and a little too thin for my lust. the taste was very nice thanks to the garlic butter. the side lacked something. not a mushroom or tweeper ring in itself. chips but very nice, only more of them please! in total easy to recommend. simply do not order carbonara, as it is more a mac 'n cheese and looked fresh from the microshaft.
