"Hotel consists of two buildings, we were in the annex building. Check in in the main building with a key, always take it with you when you leave, as doors can only be opened with a key. Service is very poor, employees barely understand German, breakfast is okay. Buffet with enough sausage, cheese, jam, boiled egg or omelet. Fruit and vegetables, that was delicious. We only had overnight stay/breakfast, wanted to stop there in the evening... Food is ordered from the machine and only EC payment is possible. Drinks are self-service after ordering. Employees don't understand questions well. Sometimes there are drinks or dishes on the menu that you can't order from the machine. The standard rooms are ok, towels are not in order. In our case the curtain on the window was partly torn down, the bathroom door handle is broken, the bathroom is very smart. The shower is very small, water takes a long time to warm up. Otherwise ok so far. Room has balcony for smokers or quiet evenings, in the very very quiet place you can walk to the bobsleigh track, various hiking trails can be taken. If you want absolute peace or on the It's a transit, that's fine. It's a shame that the employees don't understand you, but they still tried to help with questions. It's not far to the next town, you can shop in Altenberg. Rooms: Quiet view in a quiet place, stream, pure nature Very simple, partly a bit old Annex building has no elevator Nearby activities: Hiking and sightseeing 45 minutes to Dresden by car In the next building there is a table football table and a bookshelf on the ground floor. Noteworthy details: No bakery or supermarket in town"

"This HOUSE is certainly not worth 4 stars! Unfriendly reception, much too little staff, which is not shortened accordingly (help?, partly renovated equipment. Quality of room service, beds looked like once occupied, two years ago there was still a river of water on arrival???? Only and only the location is good and the possibility of sauna and swimming pool area are positive to mention. Bittel dear operation of the house take these lines, it would be a pity if for these reasons more holidaymakers kept away from the Ertsgebirge!"
