Crêpes certainly not comparable to those you find in Brittany but very good. Choice wide enough, good value quality price, very smiling staff. I recommend.

Pending the crêpe cooking I notice that all products are not fresh and are of low quality. I also note that the ground is flat, including under the stoves. Fortunately I had not ordered and I quickly left. Go your way.

I lived in Brittany to not say that they are the best pancakes in the world far, but they are still good and good price compared to some places. a little hard to eat, since I had nut everywhere, but I'll probably come back because I love crêpes, and I can't pass Ver carta

It's a little sad to see the automation of the crepe making process. No crepe maker with his little wooden pallet smoothing out the batter. : But these crepes are delicious, the young woman making them was able to handle a crowd all by herself and she was very pleasant and cheery. For 1E you get a very tasty sugar crepe, the perfect street snack. Just watch out...they are very hot!

I had an emmental and tomato pesto crepe and a salted caramel ice cream. The crepe was hot, thicker than I expected and was very, very tasty. The ice cream did in fact taste of salted caramel; lots of products claim to be salted caramel but don't really taste as the sugar levels drown out the salt. It's value for money and very nice indeed. A gorgeous girl with a killer smile behind the counter certainly helped enhance the experience. Some businesses in Avignon seem almost anti-tourist, even when you attempt to converse in French. Fortunately, Jean Le Gourmand is glad to have your custom.

The pancakes are very large and served hot because made directly after order and not heated. Personally, I find the dough has a good texture and a good taste. I also find the price quite reasonable for the size of the crêpe (about 3 euros for a crêpe in Nutella for example). The generosity of the filling depends on the staff on which one falls according to the day, the crêpe can be better than others. I am also disappointed that the pancakes are no longer served from a certain hour in the evening, which is very unfortunate when we return from a long day and that we would need a good crêpe to comfort each other...
