Amazing service very attentive I have worked in the industry for 6 years and the customer service was beyond amazing would recommend 2 friends and family and will.d3ffinitly be back again food.was fantastic very big portions

Well the aweful waitresses that were on last time thankfully not served us today (Hopefully they have gone) 2 guys were on and they were friendly effecient and polite Food was excellent (although my carrots weer cold when they arrived) reasonable prices too.

Well..... I couldn’t be happier! I had the pleasure of staying here for a lengthy stop, while waiting for my current house to be ready. I was really looked after here by the friendly staff, my room was smart and the food was a high standard. Thank you all. Sam Ver carta

Will never go again! I have social anxiety and find it hard going out. Arranged to meet friends for lunch. I have a newborn baby so have to take a pram and was told they don't have anywhere for a pram to go . My friends had to pay for their drinks as they had got there before me and we left.

It's a shame because the staff were friendly and the restaurant is nice, however it's a pub, contractors accommodation, be ready for rowdy drinkers hitting on the bar maids who don't appreciate it, we had to approach drinkers and ask to keep the swearing down, we had children with us! Also the food was an unbearable hour to arrive, il be back if I'm out with mates for a drink but not for a meal!!

My wife and I have been to jeffersons many times and stopped going due to increase prices and the plate that was just too much food, but the lesson has been learnt and today we went and they have introduced smaller plates, at a reasonable price, well done, big meals for hungry people and a good average plate of food for the rest. Excellent food and good service and atmosphere. Will go back again very soon. Ver carta

Woman bar manager absolutely appalling service rude, bad mannered and left not welcome. Table wasn’t sorted when we arrived, she was rude from the beginning. We had to hand our own food plates out and cake for ones that stayed long enough for desert!!! Feel bad for the blonde lady she was lovely! When it came to paying my daughter would have done a better job of adding it up, took longer to pay than to eat my cold meal. Absolutely appalling service from the “bar manager, Steph” absolutely Won’t be returning. Gutted because I love the place! Bar manager need replacing asap.

Myself a friend went for lunch today, and was quite busy but we found a nice little booth in corner and were just about to sit down when waitress shouts table for 2, we said yes and she said can you go through there, (pointing to main area) and sit on left, so we had to sit between 2 other lots of people, and when we looked around there were loads of 2s that were sat in booths or tables for 4, her attitude was appalling, then asked for 2 halfs of cokes and got 2 pints, her whole demeanor was very poor, very abrupt, (what happened to people skills) the food itself was lovely, and the guy that worked there was very nice (not sure if manager), wont be rushing back though.

Myself and my wife went for lunch recently. The food is ok. The service is poor. There were several tables eating. None of us were asked if we wanted extra drinks when there was a lot of empty glasses. No checkback on meals at all. Plates not cleared on any tables in the dining room. It looked a mess to be honest. I cant even say its because they were busy. Two waitresses just stood talking about how dead it was. No interest in the customers really. Seems they just shove your food at you and thats the end of any service you get. Not even cheap like it used to be so I think Id rather go elsewhere you get looked after. Not sure whether now they are making a killing on rooms they arent bothered... Ver carta
