I was happy to come for dinner Only face and no service When you eat, the waiter looks like he’s watching a thief!

Dishes were basic. Some cooked from frozen and still cold, whereas some others tasted old/off. Could have been unlucky, but not going there again.

The food was delicious but not very well-seasoned. It was okay. However, the staff was terrible - they were unfriendly and appeared irritated and annoyed. Ver carta

The staff is nonchalant, effortless and stressful. Even though the food was ok i will not come back here! The beef was chewy and my spring rolls arrived when everyone had finished their meals.

Homemade style dumplings, very delicious and good tastes fresh. Authentic Chinese food very good. So happy to have decent Chinese food in south Kensington so I don’t have to go all the way to soho.

This restaurant is not worth visiting. The food is barely edible and far from good. The service is practically non-existent, and they even charge a service fee for takeout orders. They refuse to allow customers to wait inside for their takeout orders, even when there are plenty of empty tables. Instead, they expect customers to wait outside in the cold and still charge a service fee. How ridiculous. Ver carta

If you like Singapore fried noodles, this is the place to go. I cannot really comment on any other food, because I had only the Singapore fried noodles after I tried them once. I come here on my short visits to London at least once. Service is fast and efficient. I like it. At some point, I need to come here twice so as to be able to try some other dish. Until then, it is Singapore fried noodles. They are just the best.

The food at this restaurant was decent, but the service was absolutely terrible. I typically don't leave reviews, but this experience was unbelievable. I waited patiently for the restaurant to open, only to be met with impatience from an employee who scolded me for trying to enter. A better attitude towards customers, especially those who have been waiting patiently, is definitely needed. If you enjoy being treated poorly, then this is the place for you.

Will not recommend this place for the service. Terrible attitude of the staff. Obviously the owners don’t pay them well. We ordered 5 sets of xia long Bao and we had to ask for ginger in our vinegar twice. Awful attitude of the staff is off putting. Föod is reasonable actually quite good. Please pay your staff better so we have better service. Or your reputation will bring your restuarant down. Cleanliness could also be improved. Overall the management of this trafuarabt is extremely poor ! Ver carta
