Joe The Juice - Carta

This restaurant is terrible, with poor customer service. The toilet has been broken for over a month. Charging £7 for a shake but not able to fix a toilet is unacceptable.

Do not waste your money at the Sevenoaks branch. The food is terrible, the service is poor, and the cafe is not clean. There are much nicer places to visit in Sevenoaks, this chain is not worth a visit.

We enjoyed a couple of creative smoothies, sat outside, relaxing from shopping and traffic, watching the world go by. Maybe we were super polite but there was no problem paying with a card and we didn’t have the NHS App on our phones either. Ver carta

An employee with short hair, glasses and with an American accent is the RUDEST one I’ve ever seen. Get your employees to work on better standards. This girl was sitting there not doing anything and as soon as I opened the door she arrogantly told me to close it. POLITENESS before anything else.

All staff that have ever served me are superattentive, efficient, and lovely without drama Especially big appreciation to Eliska who consistently gives the best ever early morning vibes, and Yusef who is so supernice They all also somehow seem to deal with queues really fast I liked all Joe and the Juices until i started coming here : this is now pretty much my number 1

The restaurant staff was cold and lacked enthusiasm in providing good customer service. When my friend and I went for a quick coffee to celebrate a birthday with a small cake, we were asked to leave after bringing up the issue of the out-of-order toilets. The staff did not inform us about the policy of outside cakes until we questioned the lack of restroom facilities. So I stopped by your London store twice. Both times, my husband and I ordered the SAME exact smoothie in large size, yesterday and today, and the first smoothie was delicious and the second one didn 't taste anything like that. Plus the second one was put in a SMALL cup but filled to the brim and told It 's the same exact measure as the large cup! I can tell when the same recipe has not been applied and the ingredients are different. This new smoothie is DISGUSTING. How can the staff not know how to MIX INGREDIENTS? Are those kids really that inexperienced? Not going back.

I don't usually write bad reviews but the last experience I had, was shocking. I went to Joe and the Juice yesterday to order a coffee. There were no customers and there were 3 girls working chatting and talking to each other. I said hello twice but they ignored me completely while looking at me directly in the eyes. Also, none of them were wearing the mask properly (no covered mouth or nose) which is incoherent given they ask people to wear it. The person who served us was the only guy working. he was very nice and came from the back to serve us. Nice food but the service is terrible. Will not go back there for sure.

I went this morning (23rd July) to get a Tunacado. The guy serving me could not look more disinterested. He came off arrogant and unfriendly but seemed selectively friendly to another so it may just be shallowness/judging a book by its cover on his part. I don't know if he couldn't spell my name properly or wrote an offensive word instead of my actual name but the girl called out something that sounded rude and he was there playing will the till and didn't hand me the food or even acknowledge that it was for me (knowing full well my name was not the one actually called out).
