Steaks were cooked perfectly but the most awesome was the baked potato. After years of being here in Germany, I was beyond excited by a real baked potato.

It was a hassle communicating with the staff cuz they dont speak english, but we managed to understand each other anyway. Tried the specials real good food. Grab your wine and enjoy the street after you’ve finished.

Have visited on many trips to Augsburg always a must do' . There are great steaks and my favourite the lamb fillet. Good beer and friendly staff. English menus available for those in need! Just good honest food. Always good.

Entering the restaurant didn't make a good impression, the smell of grilled meat is too strong. What kept me in was what I saw on the plates of other guests I ordered the steak and took buffet salad, a large selection of salads, interesting...dressings too. I enjoyed this meal a lot.

One of my favourite restaurants in Augsburg. The quality of the food is always the same. It does not change from day to day. John Benton steak sauce is great and also wedges is the best wedges I have ever tasted. The only problem would...be the air conditioner as it is always so hot inside.

First time we visited Augsburg, a fine city. We found this restaurant on the way, (main road) to the Cathedral, and we were surely not sorry to have sat a a table here at all. Nice atmosphere, helpful staff, good beef fillets, and pretty fast...service. There was a kids menu too. Recommended.

Called in for early dinner but had not booked so got table for hours which was fine. Lovely waiter very accommodating with English and English menus too. Ribs amazing and all food portions big and tasty. Needed to try and catch attention for extra...drinks but got there in the end. Very pleasant meal before Christmas market meander!

Called in here at Christmas in all Fairness we had not booked a table and it was busy but the Manager found a table for us , the resturant was busy cramped to many tables for the size of the resturant , the Service was...of a good Standard, Food average Steak ,baked potato and French bread. what can i say not realy inpresed and it was a first and last for me .

we have chosen this steakhouse for a break after day-long shaving legs ... the place is beautiful, between the pub and the cellar, very full English supplements (grilled mais, kartoffel with sour cream, pommes ...) no problem for my wife with zöliakie; with some replacement of supplement and sauce he had no problem.I don't understand the negative comments to sauces etc. from other reviewers... apparently have never eaten in an English pub!Central and recommended.
