I and my little dog are always welcome when we visit after a walk on the beach. I and my dog can confirm that they make a really nice breakfast. the staff is always polite and helpful. a large selection of items in the shop and a nice menu in the caffe, so it wins from me and the dog

The restaurant offers a good variety of options for a non-vegan place, thanks to its vegan offerings. My partner and I both tried the plant-based burger, which was really delicious. He ordered a smoothie made with almond milk, and I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee. The attached deli also features a solid selection of vegan products, and they are clearly labeled as vegan. They even had vegan marshmallows!

The food was top-notch, earning a perfect five stars. The service was equally impressive, with staff being friendly and efficient. The atmosphere, although experienced through takeout, was welcoming. I highly recommend trying the Medium Steak Pastie; it's a standout dish!

a must when they visit instow. charming caffe and deli with views of the mouth and instow beach. it is not surprising that they have won national farmshop and deli awards. it is a family business of the second generation that the owners sue and anthony are really passionate, hard working and very knowledgeable. they deliver amazing products and have developed a truly diverse selection. they were also one of the first delis to support and store the curry kits of my local company (boom kitchen). coffee, cake, crab sandwiches and this huge goat cheese I can't remember are among my favorites. in any case worth a visit.
