Beautiful Art Nouveau building. Good fresh food. Pleasant staff. Ideal lunch venue for us while shopping in Cowes.

Reluctant "we're about to close" type of greeting. Sticky tables. Heavy scones. Doubt we will return anytime soon. Cowes Week deserves more. Why does it close so early? Numerous people being turned away.

Enjoyed a delicious breakfast here. The server was very good and welcoming. The ambience is nice and the building has lots of character and history, used to be a shoe shop apparently! Overall very nice would recommend.

The breakfast at this restaurant was delightful. The staff were warm and welcoming, and seated us immediately. Due to its popularity, making a reservation is recommended. I ordered the full English breakfast, while my partner opted for a bacon roll, which unfortunately arrived with a hair in it. The issue was quickly resolved and the staff were apologetic. Ver carta

Booked in advance with the price is Wight. Our table for 2 was upstairs next to the window looking out onto the Main Street. You cook your own food on a hot stone at your table . We had surf turf it was really good of course cooked to perfection by me. Fillet steak prawns scollops a side salad really good chunky chips . Helped down by a glass of Malbec . Very good

We were a little concerned at some of the reviews, but found Jolliffes to be a lovely place to eat. The ambience is unique and quirky and we had a well situated table upstairs by the window. There were 4 of us in our party and we all enjoyed our steaks and rack of lamb cooked on the rocks. It was nice to have something different for a change. The staff were attentive and friendly and service was prompt. I would to be happy to go again and am happy to recommend Jolliffes.

I have been going here for the best breakfast for many years and recently new owners have taken over. I wished last weekend. I wish the new owners all the luck in the world but when you buy a business you are also buying the good will. This place was well know for the best bacon, the best sausage and the best hash browns and plenty on it included in the price. So why ow why do new owners insist on changing things. 1) Smoked bacon not everyone likes smoked bacon. 2) No hash browns and even worse they added sweet potato wedges included with each breakfast. WHAT is that all about. Arty Farty Nonsense on a full English breakfast 3) massive reduction in the breakfast size. To say I was devastated... Ver carta
