¡El jamón estuvo maravilloso! Pedí un chuletón con papas fritas para el almuerzo, estaba bastante bueno, la comida no era cara y el restaurante no lo era.

Second time here, good value for money, off the beaten track and just next to Ciudad Lineal. Friendly and efficient service. With a group of 15 we had a variety of tapas, meat and deserts after. Nice selection of friendly priced wines. Lively modern setting. Will come definitely be back here..

Always like to come here with a group, as it is close to our office. When I am here, we always start with sharing some great tapas. If you are a meat lover, make sure you keep some appetite for the beef, which is quite good as well. For a group, nice to book the table outside in front of the restaurant (if the weather permits).

Food various and not so expensive (both meat and fish meniu, salads and starters). Personal open, helpful, most of personal can speak English. Contemporan design mixed with fotos of old Ciudad Lineal part, which wake up an nostalgie mood. The most likely desert for me was Tarta fina de Manzana con Helado de Vanilla. A strong Advice to vizit this restaurant.

We stopped for a late bite, and ordered heuvos rotas and almodegas, two standbys on the Spanish tapas rotation, along with a bottle of wine. My meatballs were pretty average in flavor, and my boyfriend's HRs were more flavorful but still nothing worth the rather expensive price paid (45EUR for the total). Better options abound, through the server was pleasant and efficient.

I’ve been going to this restaurant for over 25 years now. Juan, the original owner is still around, now assisted by his son and daughter. I was there yesterday and it is wonderful to be recongnized by the owner, who also remembers my parents and their friends. The food is excellent, no matter if you choose the traditional or the more modern dishes. The wine menu is extensive as well.

We had dinner with a large group, and pretty much asked the restaurant to keep bringing us portions to share until we said stop... It was all good, and freshly made. I was especially impressed by their octopus/squid dishes I think we had three different dishes, all equally lovely. The restaurant is light and modern, but does not have a 'cold ' feeling to it. Overall, a good experience and I would visit again if in the area.

Excellent quality and service, lively atmosphere. Recently refurbished, this is a bar and restaurant with a modern and nice decoration, open spaces and terrace. Food is amazingly good. We can recommend croquetas (absolutely delicious! , steak tartar and ravioli filled with goat cheese. You should also try the red wine selection (Cepa Gavilán is always a good choice . One can find not only Spanish specialties, but also some international dishes. Staff are very professional, kind and welcoming.

Tapas is what the Spanish do and, like anything, tapas has had its renaissance, with chefs taking what was and reinventing it. Jota Cinco has done exactly that, taken the old and flipped it. That's OK but it takes more than just putting the old onto an arty plate, it takes producing flavour and vibrancy consistently across the board. They didn't do it but they charge the prices that assumes they have. Sorry guys you need to do better! That aside, they have great wines and the service was very good.
