"Went to this restaurant after having it recommended to me,I was in this area visiting friends,after asking if there was a table available I was shown into another room on the left as you come in and shown our seats,a youn lady then came and asked if we wanted drinks which we did ,on bringing our drinks she immediately asked for payment which was a surprise,and said you have to go to the bar and order your food surprise number two,no worries did that,within a few minutes our poppadums arrived 6 in total with a tiny amount of pickles/ chutneys not realy enough and penny pinching,during this time more customers arrived and were seated,this is were it went downhill.we waited for our main meal to arrive and waited and waited and waited,during this time many who had arrived after us were served with starters then mains one table finished and left,during this time three Sikh men sat next to us being among the ones arriving after us and were served starters then mains during this time their conversation was a mixture of English and Punjabi the English mostly being the words f*ck and fu*ing not good when your in an area you don’t know with your partner and son,I eventually went and asked were was our food after scrambling round amongst the checks on the counter which appeared to be in no particular order he found ours and said we will do you next,at no time was there an apology or any offer of any sort,we would have left but as I said we did not live in this area and decided to stick it out so at least we could eat,our meals when they arrived were very good and could not be faulted,such a pity they were let down by the absolutely appalling service and lack of any sort of apology."

The mix grill at this restaurant is top-notch, and the owner and staff are fantastic as well! The service is excellent, perfect for a dinner out. Expect to spend around £30-40 per person. Ver carta

What can we say……. First, but not the last visit. Lovely welcome, food a plenty, great interaction with the staff and great venue. Value for money!! Treated like Royalty. Kudos guys. See you soon

Five of us went in for a meal one Thursday night, the place is lovely and clean, the staff are really nice and helpful. The food is beautiful, great tasting curry I had, one of my friends had the large mixed grill which also looked very tasty to eat. We definitely would go again

Turned up on a Wednesday and the main resturant was fully booked. No problems as we were directed to eat in bar which was absolutely fine. Order of food and drinks were taken quickly and it wasn't long till our poppadoms arrived. The mains were fantastic and I went for the house special... really good, very tasty and a good portion. The wife had the standard tilla masala which again was great. I did notice the mixed grills keep going past me to other customers which I will be smashing the next time I visit.

Arrived with mates for an original booking of 10, reduced to 7; staff very friendly and polite; asked us to wait in the bar for a while. After 5 mins, they came to get us. Good range of food, served in good time. We had 3 large mixed grills to start, which had kebab, chicken, fish pakora and wings on. Nan bread and sauces accompanied this. After this, we went for 4 curry dishes: chilli garlic chicken, chickpeas, lamb and butter chicken. All were really nice. Can't fault the food or the service. A really great evening.
