In Edinburgh for a few days and tried here for Breakfast. Lovely friendly staff and affordable food with fast service

Breakfast with friends here was a pleasant experience. Good choices, well cooked and we all raved about the coffee served here

Quick breakfast before an early train out of town. Yummy eggs, croissants, coffee, and teas. We went twice this trip as service was excellent.

We had a really enjoyable breakfast here. The staff were really friendly and very accommodating of our baby and buggy. The food was delicious- glad we found this little spot.

Some confusion with orders on tables around us. Decent pot of tea. Shakshuka more baked eggs. Chipotle chicken wrap so mild we thought it must have been wrong order. Good fries. Ver carta

Been here a handful of times already and always pleased with the customer service, it’s been a bit more busy today but things look like they’re moving smoothly and our drinks and food came to us at a good pace. Food is always lovely as ever. The environment/atmosphere is always friendly and cozy to sit in and have a brunch date.

Eat. Drink. Relax. A true gem of a cafe with very friendly staff. Close enough to the city centre for tourists but far enough away to be full of charm and character. Always busy especially in the summer, is always the best compliment you can give. I am often here to enjoy a brunch and coffee whilst doing some writing. The lunches are always fabulous too. Delicious menu at reasonable prices. The exterior has been recently upgraded following the extension to the Edinburgh Tram line. Highly recommended, if you can find a spare table. Ver carta
