Kaffeemitte - Carta

Germany really needs to step into this millennium. Mostly cash and silly rules like this. I'm fine if they charge me the few euro cents it costs.

Ich bin alle paar Tage dort, meistens esse ich einen Teller Nudeln und trinke italienische Limo. Die panini sind super, besonders das mit Büffel-Mozzarella!

I passed this place and went in for a drink, unfortunually I already had lunch because their menu looks appealing and tasty. Will come back for some food or another drink. Ver carta

Great place for brunch, for just under €20 we had 2 coffes and a sharing plate of breads, meats, cheeses, scrambled eggs, bacon, tomatoes, olives and salad. Great spot for watching the world go by and close to the u-bahn!

No nonsense, delicious, coffee- any way you like it. The breakfasts are generous and quite good as well. And the staff is friendly and unpretentious. My everyday spot for coffee. Very popular so sometimes you need wait on line for a few minutes.

Uno dei posti migliori per una colazione o un pranzo, nella zona più caratteristica della città , gestito da italiani, molto molto gentili , qualità del cibo eccellente, posizione davvero strategica , per me un punto fermo nelle mie visite a Berlino. Ver carta

We had lunch at KaffeeMitte in the first bright sunny day of the season. The terrace is nice. Had salad's for lunch. Excellent food. The place is self service; well organized with a beeper you get when you order and pay. Great place for a coffee or a quick bite to eat!

A hip little place with concrete walls and bench style seating. It was buzzing from the second we sat down to the second we left. The food is clean and fresh. We had sandwiches and cake but the pasta at the other tables looked amazing....A great little find worth a return visit.

Unfortunately I was quite disappointed: Although the nice guy at the bar was Italian, as all others in the coffee place, the cappuccino he served was quite watery. I am myself from italy and I love good strong coffee. This is simply not the place for it. The croissant was also not so great, a bit humid and with just a pale hint of jam inside.The place looks nice and it is always full so maybe I had bad luck. But I have tried several places in Berlin, you can find much better coffee somewhere else. It is quite nice to sit here though, but too pricey for the quality. Ver carta
