Die Karte bietet viel authentisch Alpenländisches, daneben Oldenburger Ente, die appetitanregend am Tisch zerlegt wird, und gute Burger, aber eben auch die berühmten, sehr leckeren Sashimi. Wir hatten dazu - statt der sonst üblichen Soyasauce - warmen Trüffelschaum. Eine wirklich sehr verführerische Alternative! Die Weinkarte dominieren, wie könnte es in einer Tiroler Hütte anders sein, gute österreichische Weine. Der Service ist schnell, höflich und effektiv, und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.Die Kaminstube ist die Reise in den Hamburger Norden an die Alsterschleife absolut wert!"
