the top! in the historic center, a stone's throw from the cathedral and the Swabian castle. you have the possibility to sit both outside and inside the premises. fresh and quality products, friendly staff and prepared! Never disappoints!

We went for informal dinner, our waiter Ruggiero was fantastic. Warm welcome, pleasure chatting and great knowledge about wines, also the kitchen staffs from Bangladesh, Brasil and Argentina was very nice and professional. This is my favorite restaurant in barletta, Whenever i come to barletta, i always eat here, sometimes every day. The ambience is great, the staff is friendly, and the owner even more so. I've been to Kaori on every trip I've made to the Bari/Puglia area, and it has never disappointed me, on the contrary, it has ruined sushi for me in the rest of Europe. I literally can't eat sushi in the netherlands anymore, even our best local sushi restaurant tastes like supermarket sushi after eating at Kaori. Domenico thank you for this experience. Ver carta
