Kaoru never disappoints! I have been there about times now and the quality has always been amazing and the service always was prompt but subtle. If you order special sushi rolls or sashimi (basically anything that in not swimming on the little boats) you...can watch the sushi chefs prepare your food. Would always recommend to get seats at the bar. Reservation is essential.
