Kappa Sushi - Carta

My sister and I were looking for a delicious quick sit down and this was perfect! Only a short walk from our hotel and open too.

I tried noodles and sushi and quality both was very good. personal was really nice and polite. reasonable prices and good quality of products. the interiors are nothing imaginative, probably the only thing I would improve.

this was our first introduction to the Japanese kitchen, so we are not expert, but we enjoyed our common starter of sashimi and our main courses of lachs teriyaki and spicy hen and simple rice. the service was friendly, helpful and efficient. Ver carta

Excellent kind service from the staff, it was our first time and my poor husbands first attempt at chopsticks (thank you for the forks Everything was wonderful. Food was really nice! Will happily come back next time we’re in London! Hopefully try more dishes

Delightful Japanese restaurant close to the station and perfect for lunch. We decided to pop in before boarding the train for a long weekend away. we ordered miso soup, duck spring rills, prawn gyozo and chicken karage! Really tasty. Fabulous service with reasonable prices. Recommended!

Had dinner here on a Friday night and were able to walk in without a reservation. This is a hidden gem. The sweet and spicy fried chicken was absolutely incredible. However, we both wanted sushi for dinner and let me tell you, it did NOT...disappoint. This was one of the freshest pieces of tuna I’ve ever had. The sushi rice was also incredible. Honestly the best restaurant in the area. My girlfriend and I are usually quite adventurous, and we like to explore, but we stopped branching out since finding this place. Really kind staff, simple setting and fantastic food. The sushi is truly ten out of ten....My girlfriend loves the gyozas and the fried chicken, the udon is amazing, and the tempura is crispy. We sent them a Christmas card to say thank you for their amazing work. Definitely recommend!!!

we had not booked, but waited with another couple and fortunately got a table on a busy Friday night. they have a large extensive menu, they started with chicken ykitori, which was good and we followed with a salmon and a bark teriyaki with a serving. of pickles that were on the spot. both were really delicious. reis had to be ordered separately and the portions were something on the small side. the food was excellent no complaining. the only disadvantage was that there is a popular place for over and just eaten and there was a constant stream of supplies that was open with the door, which meant that it was cold and frightened at our table. still it was a nice place to eat.
