We had a lovely evening in this restaurant, sitting outside in their Kartoffelgarten There are several vegan options, mostly potato-based. I had the sweet potato with veggies and a silken tofu and lemon dip. I enjoyed my meal a lot, although I must say that it was not very filling and for the price I had expected a larger portion and more sweet potato. My husband had the roast potatoes with nuts and the same dip, and he liked it a lot, although the meal was a bit small, too. Our highlight was the vegan crème brûlée that we had for dessert. The staff were very friendly, and as I said above, the outdoor seating is very pleasant.

Wanted to give this five stars, but apparently that’s not possible because the restaurant also serves non-vegetarian dishes. Anyways, the food I had was definitely worth five stars! I started with sweet potatoes with a creamy dip made of silk tofu and other yummy flavourful things. After I had an amazing mushroom rösti from the summer menu, again with a lovely dip. My friend and I shared our desserts: warm brownie with sour cherry sorbet and a coconut based crème brûlée. My non-vegan friend loved them and said they tasted just as good. There is also a wide variety of home made lemonades and cocktails. Staff is super friendly and speaks English. All in all a good experience. I was very happy... Ver carta
