"first! we have set ourselves next to humans, not very covided safe and most employees do not wear masks. when they are, it is not her face or the nase covered. we get table service and the women who served us had the worst. it was that someone could have, they looked like we ruined their day and they didn't want to work. she went around chewing gum and turned around unprofessional and not at all closer. the kind and wise how these women have set off our meals was ridiculous. Not asked who eats it, who it is, was simply whipped on the table and then we had to ask for cutlery after we waited for it! this place feels dirty, the unhygienic toilets do not explain that looked like they were not cleaned in days. no toilet roll, mark in the toilet and the dryer do not work without registration. hot eating was also cold, overall bad experience and will not come back. I'm afraid for my friend who is gluten-free and we're concerned with everything she could have gluten"

Paid £15 for two waffles. Nothing like the picture. One scoop of ice cream. Hardly any toppings. Dry and tasteless. Do not waste your money. Had better at Bridlington for £3.

Food delivered quickly and was delicious- staff always kind and attentive, shop always clean and food always beautifully presented, wouldn't go anywhere else for a dessert anymore!!!!

omg! kalorific ice cream quality. great service, staff very attentive. fantastic selection of sweet tasty and drinks. if they are on a diet, they do not enter. this place is strict for being pampered. delicious.

ordered waffeln. it was not to decide whether the taste ice cream was a standard villa. the vanilla ice cream we got with it, tasted like away from frozen cream! woman who served us krisha was very rude. Previously my favorite dessert place. Easy.

Visited with family, 6 adults and one child. We had to sit in two separate booths so chatting was a challenge!! The food took ages to arrive, and it wasn’t at all busy. They brought the child’s ice cream last, he’s only 3 so was...a bit frustrated to say the least. Everything we ate was really lovely and I cannot fault the food. However a visit to the loo means I would not go back. It was disgusting, no soap, and obviously it been cleaned for a number of days. Toilet seat was grimy, toilet bowl brown, just awful.

Came last year but definitely gone down hill. Went for my daughters birthday with 6 x 12 year old 3 adults. On arrival we were told we could not sit anywhere near the 6 kids due to government guidelines? So a party that goes...together isn’t aloud to sit together and I couldn’t supervise the children we brought! After a ‘debate’ we were allowed to sit near our kids. Toilets stated out of order dirty with no toilet roll but we could go when asked??? The crepes were so dry I had to rip to cut them for my 10r old. The server tried but we had to ask for everything from a spoon for ice cream to sugar for the coffee. A frustrating visit.
