Took more than 5 minutes waiting to order, no one was attending. Another 10 minutes waiting for a soft ice-cream. There were a few staff/crew but didn’t know what to do. Absolutely horrible service.

First time here and would not go back. Very unfriendly welcome from the 2 girls working. It was Freezing cold in there and very dull atmosphere. The place was dirty and the toilet floor was soaking no wet floor sign Desserts didn't come all together. Absolutely rubbish. Ver carta

I returned to this restaurant for the second time and was just as impressed as I was on my first visit. The ice creams and waffles were delicious. The staff was friendly and provided great service. There was a slight wait, but it was not too long. We really enjoyed our desserts and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys sweet treats.

Wow, possibly the worst icecream I have had the misfortune to put in my mouth. And, at a premium price. £4.00 for a double scoop cone. I had coffee and vanilla scoops in 1 cone, and both flavours tasted of......cold......there was absolutely no flavour. You would be better off walking to tesco and getting something better for half the cost. Very poor quality icecream being served here, avoid. If you think this outfit servers quality ice-cream, you are sorely mistaken.

First you would not of thought there was a virus around, staff serving your food bare handed, watched a few of them for half an hour, not once did they clean there hands. Surrounding were very nice, staff polite, both deserts were made half up of spray cream, I would imagine to make it look impressive, you can get more ice cream at McDonald's in a flurry for 85% less and just as good. Even when we left the guy who served us was standing out the front smoking, not a good advertisment. It's a shame as I had high expectations looking at the place. Ver carta

This was my first visit to the restaurant since the lockdown, and I was already aware of the staff's rudeness, but decided to go anyway. It was a nightmare going with my two baby cousins. The website stated they open at 2, but we had to wait outside until half past. They only accepted cash, which was surprising given the current health situation. The toilets were closed, and when I asked the woman if they could be opened as I had two babies with me, she ignored me and spoke to her colleague in a different language. The service was extremely rude, and I will definitely not be returning.

Came to kaspa’s with a friend and got seated then when we went to order the cashier was not friendly and was impatient. Order came wrong the first time so we took it back and got a milkshake instead which also was wrong. When we asked for it to be changed they were rude and were very visibly annoyed. Instead of replacing the whole thing they just scraped off the whipped cream. Also ordered a drink that did not come and we had to go up to the counter again to receive it after asking multiple times. Overall very disappointing as the food is enjoyable but customer service is not the best or the friendliest. Wouldn’t recommend this specific kaspas…

I was extremely disappointed with this restaurant. The staff made mistakes with my order twice, causing me to repeatedly go back in line to correct it. To make matters worse, they forgot to bring me the strawberry milkshake. The waitress was nonchalant about the errors, simply stating that mistakes happen. However, having to wait in line multiple times was frustrating. The only positive aspect was that the desserts were delicious, which is why I am giving this place two stars. However, the lack of social distancing was concerning. There were families waiting in line close together and no effort was made to enforce proper distancing. My family and I had to navigate through crowded areas just... Ver carta
