Kaspa's Desserts - Carta

We went for lunch, arrived just after they opened so the place was quite quiet. However despite the fact that it had only just opened for the day the floors and seats were filthy and the staff were very rude. The staff did not seem to understand how going out is an experience and that by being rude once ruins the whole event. The plates, cups and cutlery was all dirty as was the toilets. Very unimpressed. Will not be returning.

Visited Kaspas on Friday night, the place stunk of vomit. I used the toilet, which was absolutely disgusting like they had never been cleaned. Stunk of urine and poo all down the toilet seat! Ordered a cookie dough to take away, when I got home started to eat it and it was cold in the middle. 10 hours later, I didn’t stop vomiting and it was confirmed I had food poisoning which was definitely from here the state the restaurant was in!

When in today with my two cousins, we ordered a waffle with strawberry’s, Nutella and ice cream. It took quite some time before we got are food and when we did there was next to no topping, we didn’t want to complain so I went to the counter to buy some Nutella and strawberries separate when doing so the lady told me yes that’s fine before a blonde lad came and told us quiet rudely “no we don’t do that” he has no customer service skills and should not be working with the public when he doesn’t no how communicate properly Ver carta

I took my two boys here (9 and 2) as a treat. We’ve been a few times but never with the youngest. I thoroughly expected my two year old to demolish the scoops of icecream immediately; he was more interested in sitting in the window and playing with his cars and counting the buses. It started badly when we were met at the door with We don 't have any waffles at all or any menus, they 've all been destroyed by customers so you 'll have to look on your phone. When we did order it turned out that they didn 't have my granddaughter 's drink choice either. Even though the place was 3/4 empty our food, only ice cream and crepes, took for ever to arrive. First came my wife 's tea, with teabag in 3/4 filled mug, but without a spoon, cord or stirrer to remove it. Also it came with the message that we 've run out of white sugar You need a code to get into the toilets, but you only find that out when you get there. Won 't be going back unfortunately. Took the family yesterday evening and waited just shy of 45 minutes for 3 waffles and 2 crepes. Certainly not the cheapest place to go but ok for an occasional family treat.....however....... Service was very very slow, I 've never waited that long before. There seemed to be plenty of delivery drivers getting their orders out of the door in quick time which was frustrating to see for the few families that were seated and waiting. When the order arrived the staff members said it 's because we 've been busy with delivery orders . We visited kaspas as we were in St Helens so we decided to treat our daughter and her friend. We ordered a blue bubblegum drink with blueberry popping balls at the bottom for my daughter. A peanut butter cup Ice cream which turned out to be a milkshake for her friend but she said it didn’t matter, I think she was being polite and a banoffee cookie dough for me and my husband to share. By time we got home the cookie dough had been placed on something similar to when you buy a bag of chips so because of the sauce we couldn’t get it off the paper and the portion size was tiny given how expensive it was! Occasionally when i’m feeling a desert me and my boyfriend go here hoping it’ll be better than last time because there’s never that many other options for deserts open at night. But of coarse it never gets any better. Tonight i ordered the strawberry indulge crepe to takeout, the sauce was chocolate sauce for ice creams dripping all out the box, not really the kind of sauce you would expect. The crepe was soggy from the sauce but most of the sauce was just swimming around in the box. And most of it on my lap : .
