Delicious Indian tapas takeaway I had onion Bhajis , garlic naan , mushroom rice and poppadoms , really delicious . Was going to take photos but ate the food too quickly

We went as a group of 4 it was a busy Saturday. Ordered the ‘Best of bits’ tapas. Waited over an hour for food and was pretty underwhelmed by the selection. Minimal amount of meat and rest was bread and potatoes and tons of onion in what should have been a meat dish. Cocktails are great.

We were here as a party of 60+ to celebrate a colleagues long service. The food was amazing ad the DJ fantastic. The staff and manager kas were so helpful and professional and couldn’t do enough to make it a special and memorable night for everyone. The food at this restaurant was absolutely delicious. I ordered aloo bhaji, onion bhajis, chilli paneer, and the nan bread was amazing. My son loved the chicken tikka, chicken rice, and another delicious nan bread. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was relaxed on a Wednesday night. We will definitely be back soon.

Food was good, but the service from the Manager was absolutely awful. He was like a moody teenager, everything seemed too much trouble so patronising. We asked for separate bills which he told us was not possible, as the food would come out at different times. Ordering together made no difference, food came out willy nilly. Doubled up on two curries which we didn’t order missed one completely which left my sister waiting for it to be cooked. We also pointed out that we were missing tapas… his reply was that they are all there darling… patronising! They weren’t! He huffed puffed like the big bad wolf at us when we politely pointed this out. Totally unacceptable when the mistake was by themsel...

A hidden gem in Portsmouth, Kassia Drayton is a fantastic find. Since moving to the area, I was looking for a place with great food, drinks, and atmosphere, and Kassia Drayton delivered on all fronts. I have visited a few times with friends and my partner, and I would highly recommend it for any type of night out. The food is reasonably priced, flavorful, filling, and authentic. I appreciated the option of traditional dishes as well as tapas style, allowing for a variety of choices. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful when it came to explaining the different types of food, especially with the tapas.
