KFC - Carta

Its rubbish ,cold food ,customer service??? Avoid , there's better cheaper places near here. If i had the franchise i'd be worrried!!!!!!

After standing in there being ignored by the 2 members of staff for about 15 minutes I gave up and left. McDonald's up the road were much more friendly.

Have been here before, that time they had no chicken on the bone. Today they have no hot wings or ketchup. They got our order right this time but it took a long time. Ver carta

I ordered this menu which should have included chicken popcorn, but I didn't get them. I paid in vain. I will never buy from KFC again, it doesn't matter if it was a mistake or just stupid employees.

I suggest that if you have a take away from KFC Woking, that you check your order is complete before you leave the shop. I have had items missing twice now. NOT Happy to deal with the fallout of unhappy children.

Upon entering this “fast food chain” the device is absolutely terrible. Not only did we wait over 20 minutes for a few hot wings but the mess is disgusting, in a middle of a pandemic and there spoons everywhere, which staff where walking over and not cleaning up, the floor was wet and a mop randomly laying on the floor, the staff are actually lazy laughing and joking around the manager has no customer service skills what so ever! Spur of the moment decision. No queue know why ! For nearly 8 of your English pounds 3 not easily identifiable pieces of chicken poor quality pieces broken bones etc a manky portion of chips and a fizzy drink . The coating on the chicken is not what I remember. The very small portion of poor quality chips off cuts and rejects were over coated in some spicy flavour . The drinks ‘bar’ had two taps for Pepsi max . They offered NO sugared option like Coke or Pepsi . No pepper sachet ! Overpriced rubbish never again

Always very poor service from this KFC that has become even worse. Waited ten minutes as the only customer at the till waiting for my order to be taken and received zero service or acknowledgement. The single server was packing online orders for delivery drivers with no attempt to communicate with me or to take my order. I left without placing my order. There's no excuse for bad and disrespectful service and no excuse for poor management of the service area. The lack of basic good manners means I won't be going back.

The service was terrible, staff ignoring you at the till and leave you standing there waiting. Then have a conversation about which one was going to serve you and the other walking off thinking you can’t hear them, finally when they felt like they had to serve you. They went and did something else for a deliveroo order after asking. They wasn’t listening to your order when speaking them, Couldn’t help when asking the differences as they didn’t know what was in it and looked at you blankly. Another customer, when waiting for my order asked for a cup of water and the disapproval look for asking was rude. If you don’t want to work in a customer facing business, don’t it’s simple. But sort yours... Ver carta
