Kfc Tamworth Ventura Retail Park

Really busy when e visited however food was lovely and a whole lot cheaper than using Just Eat or Deliveroo. Also even though the queue was long the staff were really efficient and it quickly evaporated.  

The customer service at KFC Tamworth was terrible it was messy and disorganised and the staff were so grumpy and unhelpful, especially one by the name of Bryony whom served us. So unprofessional and needs to be reviewed.

parked, waited to order in the lively restaurant and took old to get the food, some dinge were wrong. so waited longer to sort everything. ate and left. could not have been faster, but because we took over an hour we have now. for the parking lot. absolutely frightening.

Absolutely disappointed with the service time of the drive through from ordering to collection was minutes considering we was watching inside KFC on telly tonight and some of the north east sites have KPIs of the Tamworth branch really has a lot to...answer for this is by no means a fast food service

Me and my family visited this KFC after a spot of shopping, I have never known staff so rude, there was no communication between staff, their rudeness was appalling. I'm a food manger myself and never would I treat my customers that way, we won't...ever visit this KFC again. The staff need retraining and a lesson in customer service!!

not even think about the parking space at kfc. to a busy time, waited in the queen, waiting for our order. looked down the eating left and drove home. the week later got a parking space for a long trip. wont be used. tamworth kfc back after the kids parking company did not want to know kfc said attractiveness and we could help but no guarantee

this kfc is a horrible horrible place not only did they miss think off my order they gave me food poisoning I’m doing this review so a manger sees this if I don’t het a response I’ll be taking this a lot further , will...never ever be returning to u dirty peopl me ever again YOU MEED TO BE SHUT DOWN AN TEACH YOUR STAFF TO COOK PROPERLY ITS NOT THST HARD REALLY !!!

I visited on a Sunday evening around so it was a quiet time. The restaurant was filthy though out from floors to tables to ordering points and looks like it hasn’t been touched all evening. I ate in and observed that the staff were...laughing and joking behind the counter and. I never saw one come round with a cloth. No observable hygiene standards or Covid measures In addition , many products were unavailable. Disgraceful I only gave it one star as zero isn’t allowed

after a really hard week at work I was tired to cook, ordered a boneless dip-proof, once opened to house ended with a bucket bone in huhn (see photo) I order boneless out of a reason that bone me out flew out, and I. may not snap her, some people do not, so basically, what I always do with after numerous emails and try to keep from paula mackenzie I was anna in customer service given to me the number of filials and advised, I call them? that should be customer care? should almost food eat bad? should fast eating bad customer service? in a world of review pages and how people should listen when something goes wrong no one cares about kfc! I will continue to try to get someone to solve my prob...
