Kilkenny Irish Pub - Carta

Always a good choice to go to an Irish bar any where in the world, good beer and food with a lovely atmosphere in a vibrant part of the city

Was looking for a place to watch the last stage of Tour de France and have a beer. We asked a very nice bartender and he put on tdf on an extra flatscreen TV just for us.

We went last night for food and drinks, we had a carafe of Rose wine which was so nice , and I had a cheeseburger which I have to say is the nicest I’ve ever tasted, it was so good, the staff where excellent so...friendly and attentive, great pub Ver carta

While the service was good, the food was below average. The fish in the fish and chips was just a chunk of fish in not well fried, gooey batter, and the chicken in the club sandwich was overspiced. Chips were good, fries too. Probably better as pub than lunch place.

Eingerichtet wie eben ein irisches Pub, einfach und stilecht. Das Personal spricht Englisch, es gibt Guiness, Kilkenny, Cider und entsprechende einfache Speisen. Wir waren nach dem Abendessen mit Freunden dort um nach dem Stadtbummel ein wenig zu Plaudern. Dafür war es das ideale Lokal.

Came here on a busy Saturday night for a beer or two after a day exploring Berlin. I was on my own but felt very welcomed, there was a great atmosphere with some good live music and seemingly lots of tourists. A nice selection of...drinks, both Irish and German beers on offer. Sport and entertainment shows on the TVs. Bar staff were very friendly and efficient. Pretty much what you would expect from a homely Irish pub Ver carta

attratti dalla location molto bella a l'interno, anche se abbiamo pranzato a l'esterno,ma il locale e' molto bello e grande, il cibo buono e la birra guuinnes, non c'e' che dire ottime le patatine rosse che sembrava zucca fritta!! rapporto qualia prezzo buono,ma comunque essendo in comitiva basta oltrepassare la stazione e ci sono decina di ristoranti multietcnici, dove ognuno puo sodisfare il proprio palato. lo consiglio saluti vito

Sono stato due volte in questo locale a pranzo, posto tranquillo dove si può bere birra buona (a me piace molto la guinness). La seconda volta mi sono trovato nel bel mezzo di una partita del Chelsea che veniva trasmessa in tutti i televisori del locale che era pieno di irlandesi che bevevano e cantavano. Ero con la mia famiglia ed è stato divertente, facevano confusione ma tutto sotto controllo nonostante la birra scorresse a fiumi. Atmosfera allegra (chissà forse perché ha vinto il Chelsea con una goleada). Il cibo anche questa volta era buono e così anche la birra. SE torno a Berlino ci ritorno. I was recently in Berlin for a couple of night Solo stay. I wanted to watch the Friday night Bundesliga games and remembered this place from a visit several years ago. The pub is under the Platform at the Hackescher Markt S Bahn station in...central Berlin, which worked for me as I was staying near the HBF which is just two stops away. The staff were friendly and there was a reasonable choice of beers. The pub was pretty steady early evening but got very busy around which was around the time the live entertainment started.
