"I suggest that I was not a guest on site, because so far it has not come. We had chosen the hotel based on the good reviews for a short trip with friends. The experience I made this summer regarding a booking was unique in the truest sense of the word. Firstly, more than a week has not been answered on my request. When I resumed the initiative and contacted the hotel by phone, the call took place under extremely unfavorable conditions, so I had the impression of being quite annoying with my wishes as a guest. Nevertheless, I decided to book two rooms. The coronation was the confirmation received by e-mail containing a room announcement for a date that was not desired and called by us at all. Under the given conditions, we waived a stay which I communicated and explained to the company. After the hotel there was not, for example, an expression of regret, but an instruction. At this point I was finally speechless."
