El lugar es hermoso, pero el servicio fue terrible. Cenamos allí y la comida estaba tan mala como una hamburguesa congelada. La relación calidad-precio no va de la mano, es muy caro para lo que ofrecen. Tardaron mucho tiempo y no trajeron los platos en orden; algunos llegaron en plato y otros todavía no. La bebida estaba caliente y la comida se enfrió. Las camareras y los camareros no estaban atentos, eran jóvenes con poca experiencia (lo siento, pero así es). No volveremos. Ver carta

Kingdom of Alcázar is an ideal restaurant for dinner before the show. The food is quite good, although a little expensive for its quality. Un auténtico paraíso de diversión para los niños y de descanso para los adultos. El menú es sencillo, pero delicioso. Normalmente no solemos quedarnos mucho tiempo en los restaurantes, pero en este disfrutamos enormemente y estuvimos varias horas. La atención al cliente fue excelente. Muchísimas gracias, sin duda volveremos... ¡como la semana que viene! Ah, y pudimos ver el espectáculo de la fuente de música, que las más pequeñas preguntaban: ¿cómo es que la fuente sabe cantar?

As a large group we have ordered verious meals. Personally I had the chicken burger and greedily had the pork ribs. My burger first was delicious, tender moist chicken and a delicate tasty bun. Side salad and fries. Then the succulent tender perfectly cooked bbq ribs. Mmmm so good. The meat fell off the bone so tasty. The staff are efficient and incredibly polite.
